In 1976, we therefore developed our first combi-steamer and have since been constantly working on continuously improving it. RATIONAL is hosting a series of workshops for professional chefs every month at bEAuTy Barcelona during 2018.
Participants sit on the stools of the kitchen bar, tasting the dishes that are cooked in the oven while listening the class. The workshop is divided into 3 main parts:
– Cooking and frying with the oven
– Steam cooking
– Control panel and Q&A
